Server (UBS)
The UTStarcom UBS product line is a unique line-powered
DSL access multiplexer (DSLAM) designed to eliminate
the technical and economic barriers of DSL deployment.
The UBS combines patent-pending line-powering technology,
automated provisioning, and an environmentally hardened
and sealed architecture to enable wide-scale deployment
of standard ADSL services in areas previously unreachable
by carrier networks-on long-loop copper pairs and beyond
digital loop carriers.
