Policy
Shipping
All items shall be suitably
prepared and packed for shipment. Seller shall
mark the number of this order on each container and enclose a packing slip with
the order number in each container. Seller shall mail invoices and shipping
documents to buyer for each shipment on the day the shipment leaves the Seller’s
premises. Interstate shipments are to be made by carrier authorized under
the Motor Carrier Act of 1935 as amended from time to time. Shipment
made by unlicensed carriers will be subject to rejection.
Confirmation of shipment is by email. Shipping
time is dependent on delivery terms selected by the
customer at the time of purchase ranging from 1-7
days.
Delivery
Seller shall endeavor to
make delivery on the estimated date(s) subject to
Seller’s ability to secure adequate materials and
labor, Seller’s production capability and unavoidable
contingencies. Seller will
also endeavor to keep Buyer informed as to the
probable shipping date but failure to meet estimated
shipping date will not render Seller liable in
any way for any losses or liability whatsoever
(consequential or otherwise) incurred by Buyer. In
the event of fire, flood, strike, war, accident
or other cause beyond sellers control shall interfere
with the engineering, production or delivery of
the goods hereunder, Seller at its option may (i)
suspend deliveries during the continuation of the
conditions or (ii) cancel the contract without
incurring any liability. |
